Delivery Policy

Please take a few moments to read the information contained below for further details of delivery to your specific area.

At we provide an efficient and reliable delivery service to all our customers within the UK and countries within the European Union.

All orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.

We can dispatch orders to your home or work place.

Deliveries are made Mon-Sat 8.00am to 7.30pm and may require a signature.

Please note: Addresses in the Highlands / Islands of Scotland, Ireland / Northern Ireland:

The delivery make take a day or 2 longer to arrive at your delivery address.

Delivery Method

All goods are dispatched via Royal Mail & companies through Delivery can be expected any time between 7:00am and 7:30pm, Mon-Sat (except Bank Holidays).

European & World Wide Delivery Costs

Delivery Costs outside the UK – These prices alter all of the time and we charge at the best deal available at the time from a selection of international carriers. All postage is charged at the cost price.

Import Duty may be payable when receiving the parcel from us in the UK. Please check your national import tax rules.

Please make sure that you provide the correct postcode for your delivery address, as this will ensure that your goods are delivered as quickly and effectively as possible, as well as a daytime contact telephone number which we or the courier can contact you on.

On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 30 days for dispatch of the goods, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

You should examine your goods as soon as reasonably practicable during and after delivery to check for any damage or missing items or parts.

(a) The goods have been unpacked, checked and received in visibly good condition; or
(b) The goods have been left in the packaging, are unchecked and that there is no visible damage to the outer packaging; or
(c) The goods are damaged, incorrect or there is shortage.

If you find any damage or discover that parts are missing after delivery, you must contact us as soon as reasonably practicable. We will not accept liability for any claims for goods which are damaged, incorrect, shortage or with missing parts which are not notified within a reasonable time after the goods were delivered. All goods that are made or contain glass should be checked thoroughly and immediately on delivery.

Cancellations Policy

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.

If you have just ordered and you have changed your mind please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a full refund / cancel the transaction before it goes through.

In the event that Lime and Alien is unable to fulfill the order, it will be entitled to cancel the order. In such instances any liability will be limited to refunding the Customer for all payments received.

Where this contract is subject to the Distance Selling Regulations, and subject to the following, the Customer shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time up to the date 14 working days after the date of delivery.

The Customer shall have no such right of cancellation where the order is for a particular, non standard stock, specification part or product and this is recorded on the order form ‘Special Order’ (This does not effect your statutory rights). This will be stated when the special order is placed for the item/s. A restocking fee of 25% maybe charged if a return agreed.

On cancellation of the order Lime and Alien shall repay the funds paid by the Customer within 2 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.

We do like to offer complete customer satisfaction and if your not happy we are not happy so please let us know so we can do something about.

Returns Policy

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.

For all other items: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item promptly, within 2 working days after we receive it back. We offer this returns policy under The Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please ensure the product is well packaged/protected and the product box protected from dust and dirt using polythene sheet/bag or a cardboard box. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:
* Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 working days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
* Please ensure the product is well packaged to protect the product and product box, complete with all original tags, instructions, and in original and resalable condition.
* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
* Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault in the space provided on the delivery slip.
